On the 10th of July, Mr. Sujit Choudhry, the Chief Executive Officer of the renowned Center for Constitutional Transitions, brought together the best constitutional professionals in Kiev. The topic of discussion was the Ukraine government and its semi-presidential system. They also discussed the current constitutional challenges the system was facing.
